Several years ago, I ended up in the ER with a peptic ulcer, and Dr. Iduru was the doctor on call for the ER that day. As frightened as I was about the bleeding, Dr. Iduru calmed my fears as he prepared me for my very first endoscopy and colonoscopy. He was kind, caring, attentive, and compassionate -- exactly what I needed that day in that situation. I've continued to be a patient over the years for routine check-ups, and Dr. Iduru continues to be kind, caring, attentive, and compassionate. He doesn't rush my appointment, and he listens attentively to and answers any questions I have. I highly recommend him!

I was referred to Dr Kaila by my primary care physician for my first colonoscopy after a positive indicator was found in a routine Cologuard Test. Although I have always been hesitant to have this procedure performed, Dr Kaila & her team made the process as pleasant as something like this could be. I highly recommend Dr Kaila! Don't put it off, like I did for years. The worst part of a colonoscopy is the preparation day (the day prior to the actual procedure). If you can make it through that day, then the actual procedure is a breeze! Her facilities & staff are top notch! Clean, caring & responsive to your needs. Do it....it may save your life!

This office keeps sending me a bill for $20 that I paid when I visited the office. They say they will send to collections. I had a colonoscopy scheduled last year and they canceled it without calling, emailing or trying to contact me. I had called and left messages as well as sending an email to make sure my appointment was scheduled. Thursday afternoon I called and was told that is was still scheduled. I hired a sitter for the 92 year old I sit for, had to go to a friends to do my prep so she could drive me as directed. Also, I paid $180 for prep and did what was needed. I called at 6 am on Monday and was informed that the colonoscopy was canceled because I needed an EKG. Everyone I know said they usually got an EKG the morning of the colonoscopy, so they should not have canceled. They do not communicate with each other and don't care what you spent or had to deal with. They don't call you to keep you apprised of what is going on.
